Withdrawal and exchange

We want you to be happy with your item. We therefore offer you a 30-day right of withdrawal. All details can be found in the cancellation policy.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. If you have ordered several goods together and these are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for the written notification, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired or to inform us of your cancellation by telephone.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

§ 6 Warranty and Guarantee

§ 6.1 statutory warranty
6.1.1 If the delivery item is defective or if it lacks promised properties, or if it should become defective due to manufacturing or material defects, the seller will either deliver a replacement or improve it accordingly, at the buyer's option. If the chosen form of supplementary performance can only be carried out with disproportionate costs, the seller can refuse this.
6.1.2 The warranty period is 2 years and begins on the date of delivery.
6.1.3 The purchase price, minus any compensation to be paid by the customer, will be reimbursed after the goods have been returned.
6.1.4 All complaints must be made in writing (letter, fax or e-mail) and should be addressed to the seller immediately after the defect has occurred in order to prevent further deterioration of the goods. The late notification of defects does not affect the scope of the existing warranty obligation of the seller. Defective delivery items are to be returned to the seller for the purpose of appraisal in the condition in which they were when the defect was discovered.
